Documented works from Schluter’s later career in Berlin, particularly
those from his atelier, are the very comparable stucco-ceiling decorations with
putti from the Stadtschloss interiors, the so-called Paradekammern or ceremo-
nial state apartments (1698-1706), for example, the Zweite Paradevorkammer
(c. 1698/99-1706) and the Drap d’Or Kammer (c. 1700-01/1708).51 (fig. 11)
