Gothic type. 36 a. 18 lines. 65 11. 4to. Sd. fl 38.—-
Very rare edition, probably published about 1500. It has the character
of the incunabula, but is not mentioned by the incunab.-bibliographers. On leaf A2
there is a biography of Horatius by Joa. Cubitensis. On the title some verses of medical
interest. With some marginal-notes.

Vindelicorum, 29. November 1563, and with a greek verse:

On Hier. Wolf see: Allgemeine Deutsche Biographie vol. 43 pp. 755 ff. He was
an humanist, born at Oettingen im Ries in 1516, translated and interpreted the clas-
sics and studied the Mathematics and Astrology; he was a pupil of Melanchthon,
Luther a.s.o. and was living in Niirnberg, Muhlhausen i. Th., Tubingen, Strassburg,
Basel and Paris, he became a secretary and librarian of Fuggers in Augsburg and
died in 1580.
