14154. This first edition is very scarce, the woodcuts are very inte-
resting, the first is the portr. of Sarayna, the others show parts of buildings as
pillars* arches and inter alia there is a double-page plan of Verona. Weigel is the
only one who gives a collation of the woodcuts. This work is very difficult to collate
as the Ivs. are numbered in confusion. Our copy misses 2 Ivs. of the index, from the
title the lower margin is cut off. Some of the woodcuts are slightly damaged, but
otherwise it is probably a complete copy.
