of the cross are ornamented with busts, and the circle with, emblematic
grapes and wheat. The design, object, and execution of the entire work are
equally honourable to the accomplished lady by whom it has been produced.
The Lectern of bronze, is the work of Messrs. Hardman of
Birmingham It is an exceedingly beautiful production; a truthful
rendering of the best antique style in all its varied enrichments
The Cabinet of oak, decorated with carving of the richest descrip-
tion, is by Mr. JVLyers, of Lambeth, who has contributed a large
number of the finest articles in wood and stone to the Medieval Court.
