Professor Ostrowskis Family, numerous representatives of Krakóws museums, as
well as Professors friends, collaborators, students and art historians from all over

The ceremony began with the screening of a short documentary film present-

presenting Him with the Professor Aleksander Gieysztor Prize in 2008, followed
by a slideshow of archival photos from Professors private album, documenting
numerous journeys and monument cataloguing trips to the former borderlands
of Polish-Lithuanian Commonwealth.
