system of his religion under seven heads which
are generally known as “ The Seven Jewels-of
the Buddhist Law.”
They are: —
(1) The four earnest meditation.
(l) The fourfold great struggle against
sin.
(3; The four roads to saintship.
(4) The five moral powers.
(5) Thefive organs of spiritual sense.
(6) The seven kinds of wisdom, and
(7) The Noble Eightfold Path.
