slight miniatures of very clever invention. These, and the style
. of the ornaments, are of a decided English character, so that I
have no doubt of the English origin of this MS. belonging to the
first half of the 14th century.

These four Manuscripts were bequeathed to the College by
Parker, the Archbishop of Canterbury.
