Os Armory and Blazonry,

Senate and Heralds, either fought or made peace, en-
tered league, &c. the Rowans freed themselves again,
by delivering up the Authors to their enemies. So
were the Consuls T. Veturins and Sp, Poftumius for
their error at Candium, and making peace with the
Samnitss contrary to the will of the people and Senate,
together with T. Numitius and Q^JEmilius Tribunes*
delivered to the enemy. The words os Postumius him-
self ( who made request that himself with the rest,who
had osfended, might be delivered to the enemy ) are
