XIV. VROKASTRO
A steep hill above the little village of Kalokhorio which lies about a mile from the
sea at the south-west corner of the Gulf of Mirabello. Here Miss Hall discovered a
small settlement, bone enclosures and chamber-tombs. From one of the latter
(Chamber-tomb I on Karakovilia) the following objects appeared, all of which have
been paralleled by finds of the XXth—XXI Ind Dynasties at Lisht.
