cat. nr 28.

22. Giovanni Battista Tiepolo,
The hast Supper,

canvas, oil, 77 cm X 87 cm; Inv. Nr 8.

Weyer sale catalogue nr 339 as Tiepolo. It is a second version of a composition known
from a picture in the Louvre. Starzyński thought the Paris version was better, Fiocco
(Arte Veneta, 1947) places the Warsaw painting higher. See Białostocki and Walicki, nr
381. The picture is exhibited in the gallery of the N. M. in W. (Fig. 24).

23. After Bartolome Murillo,
Virgin and Child,

canvas, oil, 32,5 cm X 24,5 cm; Inv. Nr 43.

Weyer sale catalogue nr 345 as Murillo. The picture is a copy. It is not exhibited but pre-
served in the depot in the N. M. in W.

24. Imitator of Pierre Prud'hon,
A Bacchant,

panel, oil, 12,5 cm X 10 cm; Inv. Nr 41.

25. Imitator of Pierre Prud'hon,
Leda,

panel, oil, 14 cm X 10,5 cm; Inv. Nr 42.

Weyer sale catalogue nrs 354 and 355. Probably weak copies, as they did not appear in
Starzyński and Walicki. Since the last war these pictures have been lost.

26. Jacob Jordaens,

The Holy Family with Angels,

panel, oil, 106 cm X 222 cm; Inv. Nr 21.
