THE Sonneswheo they came to be three yeares old at
the soonest, and seven at the latest. , were carried by

before they could be registred, the Fathers were to take their
Oathes that the children were theirs: and yet notwithstan-
ding the Oathes, those heads os the Tribe if they listed,
might qaeslion the matter, and put them to a suit in * Law.
