The figure seems to have
been facing and, as there is no
trace of any kind of raiment, we
may conclude that the upper
part of the body was bare. Ac-
cording to the evidence with
which we are able to deal, this
nudity above must be taken to
show that we have here to do
with a female performer of the
Minoan Corrida, such as we
know took part in the sports
attired in the same traditional loin-clothing as the youths.
