BOUND VOLUMES


N the past, owing to circumstances which need not
be detailed, the index to each volume of THE STUDIO
) has been unable to be supplied until some months
iVLl after the completion of the volume. This has caused
considerable inconvenience to subscribers. The way
has now been found to obviate this difficulty, with the result that
in future each volume will have its index bound in with each last
number of the volume, so that every subscriber to THE STUDio
will receive the index without special application having to be
made for it. The publisher takes this opportunity of reminding
those who have overlooked the matter of binding their STUDios
that four numbers form a volume, and that covers are supplied for
purposes of binding at 50 cents each. Subscribers who send in
their numbers to the publisher to have them bound will be charged
%i.oo per volume, missing or damaged numbers being supplied for
35 cents per number, if desired. Those living at a distance from
New York are advised to have their binding done in their cities,
and thus save express charges both ways. The cover supplied
is green cloth, stamped with a design by Will Bradley. (See
